Definition
Controls the document split in posting documents.
Use
The standard setting is a document split based on the company code.
Note that, if necessary, the system carries out an additional split based on posting date, posting period, external document number, and currency, independent of the entries made in this field.
Note
Due to downward compatibility it is possible not to make any entry in this field. In this case, however, the system runs as if the standard setting is being used (document split based on the company code).
