Definition
During Posting to Accounting, a character string is created automatically and entered in the Reference field of the posting document.
This character string comprised a five-character prefix entered in this parameter, and a five character sequential number.
The values in the Reference field of the posting document can also be retrieved from a preliminary program. In this case, entries for this parameter are ignored by the system.
Examples
If you enter HRPAY in this parameter, the generated documents have the reference HRPAY00001, HRPAY00002, and so on.
If you are using the US country version, to perform Third-Party Remittance, values for the Reference field of the posting document are transferred from the Third-Party Remittance preliminary program.
