Definition
Maximum number of processing tasks that are to be performed simultaneously.
Use
Before a new processing task is started, a check is performed for each of the parallel modes to see if the number of running processing tasks has reached the number determined here. If this has not happened, the new task is started. Otherwise the start is delayed until a running task is returned.
