Documentation
Specifies the staffing status of a position:
Vacancy open means that the position is vacant, in other words, a person (employee) is to be found for it. The position is marked as vacant in the Recruitment component.
Vacancy occupied or put on hold means that the position was vacant, although at the moment no person (employee) is being sought to fill it.
Obsolete means that the position will no longer be required in the future.
