Documentation
Definition
This flag determines whether or not dislikes are taken into account in career and succession planning scenarios.
Use
Note
The Exclude dislikes flag is really only useful when used in conjunction with other planning criteria.
Career Planning
If this flag is set, then all objects mentioned in the Dislikes sub-profile of the person in question are deleted from the hitlist.
Note
A person's dislikes are not displayed separately.
Example
In Career Planning, a person's qualifications mean that he or she is suitable for the positions Sales department manager and Marketing department manager. However, the position of Marketing department manager is contained in the person's Dislikes sub-profile. If dislikes are taken into account in career planning (that is, this flag is set), the position of Marketing department manager will not appear in the hitlist.
Succession planning
If this flag is set, then all persons with the object in question in their Dislikes sub-profile are deleted from the hitlist.
