Use
In the standard system, the default setting is that this flag is activated. This means that the proficiency descriptions of the corresponding scale (or, in the case of qualifications, of the corresponding qualification group) will be displayed.
To create or display individual proficiency descriptions for the object, you must deactivate this flag.
