Definition

Specifies whether the input field for the appraiser is displayed, and whether it is ready for input.

Use

This option enables you to carry out appraisals using appraisers for which no objects exist in the SAP HR System.

As is the case for all anonymous appraisals, the appraisals cannot be evaluated on the basis of the appraisers.

Possible settings, and what they do:

  • Not ready for input: the value N.N. is displayed in the field for the appraiser.
  • Ready for input: You can enter a text of your choice in the field for the appraiser. This data is not checked, nor is there any possible entries function for this field.
  • Do not display: the field for the appraiser is hidden.

Dependencies

This setting only applies to appraisals carried out in HTML format.
