Definition
This indicator controls the selection of the conversion factor when a pay scale range was entered for pay scale valuation.
Use
A range of possible valuations is entered for a budget structure element. Using this indicator, you can specify whether the value of the from-valuation or the to-valuation is used when selecting the conversion factor.
