Use
Key which you can use to define which group of employees the commitment creation should be active for. With active commitment creation, commitment is created in the run for automatic commitment creation in component Funds Management.
Dependencies
In the Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control, you can output this grouping in feature PM100 as the return value and thereby identify the positions/personnel that should be assigned to this grouping. You can then specify a period for each grouping in which the automatic commitment creation should be activated.
