Definition
As a rule, three separate actions are performed during a country reassignment:
(a) Entry action with new personnel number in future personnel subarea.
(b) Transfer of person-related date (qualifications, profile and so on) from Personnel Development from old personnel number to the new. This action is only performed if you have implemented Personnel Administration alongside Personnel Development.
(c) Leaving action for previous personnel number in previous personnel subarea.
If the previous work relationship was not brought to an end by the country reassignment, step (c) does not need to be performed. In this case, make sure the No leaving indicator is set.
