Definition

Specifies the period for which the recorded data is to be grouped in one line of the collective approval.

Use

You enter the general frequency with which your approvers approve recorded time data. If, for example, your approvers always approve the data every Friday, you should choose the week period type. The data is then grouped in the line according to the period. This enables the approvers to process the data by period.

You can choose from the following period types:

• Weekly: You can enter the first day of the week in the First Day field.
• Twice Monthly: The periods start on the first and sixteenth of every month.
• Monthly: The periods start on the first day of each month.
• No Period: Data in the list is not sorted by period, only by the collective approval criteria.
