Number of attempts to lock a commitment document during an update

Use

The system attempts to lock the document when commitment documents are updated or created. This can be a problem during parallel processing if parallel processes attempt to update the same document.

The parameter controls how often the system attempts to lock a document in a situation like this. If nothing is entered here, the system attempts to lock it once.

If problems like this occur frequently in your system, define a higher value than "1".

Do not enter a very high number because this could lead to long runtimes.
