Use
In evaluations for Personnel Budget Plan Management, it is possible to display information in a table using the budget hierarchy.
For this, you have to assign the different levels of the budget hierarchy- the budget structure elements (BS elements)- to a column. The BS elements are then displayed in the column. You do this in Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control in the area Personnel Budget Plan Management. It can happen that a number of BS elements belong to the same level of the budget hierarchy so the assignment is not unique. This may be because different BS elements can be assigned to the same column or because a number of BS elements with the same BS element type are arranged under each other in the position plan.
If you select the field Display Lowest Level, the program shows the BS element that is in the lowest level of the position plan that does not have unique assignments. If you do not select the filed, the BS element of the highest hierarchy level is displayed.
