Use
The error date is set by the commitment processor if an error occurs during commitment creation for the person/position. It contains the earliest point in time from which a particular problem exists.
Dependencies
Example
During commitment creation for a person, it was detected that a person can only be financed up to a particular month (due to lack of budget, for example). The commitment processor then sets the error date to the beginning of this month.
A payroll can then be run for the person for all payroll periods before this date. The person is only rejected in payroll periods after this date.
