Documentation
Definition
Write forms to optical archive.
Use
In the selection screen of the print program, if you choose Execute, you can use the indicator as follows:
- If you set the indicator to Archive, forms are written to the optical archive.
- If you set the indicator to Archive and Print, the forms are printed and written to the archive.
- If you do not set the indicator, the forms are not written to the optical archive. The forms are printed or displayed irrespective of the archive mode of the spool request.
If you start the print program in batch mode (or access the print program by choosing Program->
Execute and Print), the standard value defined in the InfoNet characteristics is used. If no standard value is defined, the form is not archived.
Dependencies
If you set the indicators Archive Forms and Number of Employees per Form higher than 0, the forms are archived separately for each employee.
You can use the Business Add-In Extensions for HR Forms (HRFORM_HRF02) to adjust the key for the optical archiving of forms to meet your requirements.
