Definition

Field for defining input help for expert profile elements.

Use

In this field you can define whether an input value is assigned to an expert profile element and what characteristics the input help has.

The input help for expert profile elements can have the following characteristics:

  1. No input help, user-defined text entry
  2. Input help is available, one entry can be selected from the input help. When processing the expert profile the element is displayed as a dropdown list box.
  3. Input help is available, several entries can be selected from the input help. When processing the expert profile the element is displayed as a group of checkboxes or as a multi-select list box.
  4. Input help is available, several entries can be selected from the input help. You can also enter a user-defined text.

Dependencies

When searching according to 1. and 4. only the text is searched. The search is tolerant of spelling mistakes.

When searching according to 2. and 3. the search is performed using the key. The search is exact. During this search the system also finds entries which were made in other languages that are also assigned to the same key.
