You must belong to at least one user group if you want to start or maintain queries. Your system administrator is responsible for assigning you to user groups.
The field "User Group" always contains one default value. The default value is administered in SAP memory under the parameter Id AQB. It is updated when you enter a new name. If, in your user master record, you set the parameter AQB with the name of a user group as default, you will receive this user group as the default value when you call up the ABAP/4-Query.
