Definition

A flag indicating whether an activity must be created for an inbox item of a certain task type.

Use

If tracking is switched on for a certain task type, then an activity must be created for each inbox item of this task type. If tracking is switched off, no activities are created.

• Tracking is switched on for the following task types and cannot be changed:
• MAIL (element type: e-mail, object ID 17900136)
• EICREQUEST(element type: workflow item, object ID 17900019)
• Tracking is switched off for the following task types and cannot be changed:
• FOLLOWUP (element type: workflow item)
• ACTIVITY (element type: activity, object ID: 0)
• You can determine whether tracking should be switched on or off for the element type workflow item and any object ID. Tracking for the task type WORKFLOW (element type: Workflowitem, object ID: initial) is switched off by default.
