Definition

The status of an activity.

Use

The possibilities for processing an activity vary depending on the status an activity has at the given time:

  • Status new oder in process

    The person responsible for an activity can edit all attributes of an activity.

  • Status waiting / customer action

    The time during which the activity has this status is not figured into the processing time for that activity.

  • Status forwarded (internally or externally)

    The activity has been forwarded to another agent or support level. Only assigned agents can process all attributes and related objects. Agents who are not assigned to the activity can only create or change the contacts and notes.

  • Status completed

    Only the status can be changed. All other activity attributes can no longer be altered.

  • Status closed

    It is no longer possible to make changes in this activity.
