Definition

A search parameter for the inbox search in the Employee Interaction Center (EIC) that specifies which EIC agent is responsible for certain inbox items.

Use

Responsibility can be used as a search parameter for the inbox search. The EIC agent can use it to determine which activities he or she would like to have displayed:

• My Responsibility

  The system displays all activities for which the EIC agent him-/herself is responsible.

• My Team's Responsibility

  The system displays all activities for which the EIC agent's assigned organizational unit is responsible.
