Number of authentication questions.
Use
In certain situations, it is beneficial to ask more than one authentication question when an employee contacts the Employee Interaction Center (EIC). Therefore, you can enter up to five questions and the corresponding answers.
Since the underlying infotype, EIC Authentication (0816), permits a maximum of five questions, the number of authentication questions is also restricted to five.
