Definition
The status of individual items in the inbox of an Employee Interaction Center (EIC).
Use
You can search in the EIC inbox according to the inbox status.
The individual item types in the EIC inbox have their own status (see item type status). Since each item type has its own set of status values, the status of item types is assigned to the inbox status. You can use the inbox status to perform a uniform search for all item types.
