Definition
Inbox profile in Employee Interaction Center (EIC).
Use
The inbox profile defines how the inbox is to be defined for an EIC employee. The inbox profile specifies the types of inbox items an employee can see in the EIC inbox.
Dependencies
The inbox profile can be assigned to the Interaction Center WebClient profile.
Example
You can assign an inbox profile to an employee that defines that he or she can view e-mails only in the EIC inbox as opposed to also activities or workflow items.
