Definition

Grouping of employees for the Employee Interaction Center (EIC).

Use

Employee groupings are used in the EIC to:

  • Determine the type of authentication.

    Employees can be authenticated in various ways depending on the employee grouping to which they belong.

  • Categorize requests.

    Depending on the grouping to which employees belong, they can assign different categories to their request. You can use employee groupings to dictate which employees are allowed to assign which categories.
