Definition
The planned end date of a follow-up activity set by an agent in the Employee Interaction Center (EIC).
Use
The EIC agent can use the planned end date to give the other agents for a follow-up activity a date by which that follow-up activity must be processed. The planned end date thus informs the other agents about certain processing deadlines.
