Definition
Type of Employee Interaction Center (EIC) request.
Use
You can use categories to classify activity types in the EIC. You can classify activities in the following cases:
- EIC agents can use categories to classify activities.
- Employees can select an existing category for their EIC requests to fill the subject field of the request form. You can define these categories in Customizing for the Employee Interaction Center.
You can also divide categories into subcategories to enable a more accurate classification.
