Documentation
Definition
In this field you specify which valuation type should be used for absences. You define this valuation for a specific info column in a shift group.
Attendances are flagged by the corresponding marking in table T77ED.
The valuation made here for shifts can be overwritten for a specific shift in IMG section Shift Abbreviations with Different Valuation.
Use
Dependencies
The valuation made here is valid if no entry exists for the abbreviation in table T7PBS_ADHOC_3 (shift abbreviations with different valuation).
Example
All attendance should be accounted for in info column 'Productive Hours' with the specification 'real hours'. Special attendances, such as a works council meeting should not affect this info column. This abbreviation should therefore be treated differently.
This can be mapped through the following table entries:
T7PBS_ADHOC_2
Shift group Info column Valuation attendance
Intensive Productive hours Ignore hours
The individual abbreviation for the works council meeting is included in table T7PBS_ADHOC_3.
Shift group Shift Adhoc update Entry Valuation Weighting
Intensive On call Productive hrs Shift abbrev. Ignore hours 85
