Documentation
Use
The program indicates the field F (see Rz 9 of the guide), if no costs for travel to work arise for the employee, in particular by
- the employer making a company car available
- transport to the work place by means of collective transport (in the building sector, for instance)
- the payment of the actual car kilometers to the field employee
- making a general subscription available for business reasons
Dependencies
The program determines the indicator when printing the wage statement depending on the statements
- in the LAW payroll unit
- in the travel to work field in the tax data (0038) infotype
- in the car rules field in the business-internal data infotype (0032)
The statements in the infotype 0038 override the statements stored in the wage statement payroll unit. The statements in infotype 0032 have the lowest priority for the check and are overridden if other values are stored in the LAW payroll unit or in infotype 0038.
Legal basis for the wage statement until 2004
Field 5w: Free transport between place of residence and workplace
Free transportation is defined as the transport provided by the employer between the place of residence and the permanent place of work. However, transport to out-lying work locations, as is often the case in the construction industry, is excluded.
If reimbursement of travel costs takes the form of a cash payment or the provision of a public transport ticket, do not mark this field. Instead, you must create a wage type with the corresponding amount.
