Definition
Field 5z: Provision of equity or debt recovery rights
This field can be maintained through the payroll unit LAW [wage statement]. You can set an override for individual employees through a specification in Fiscal Data CH infotype 0038.
Legal basis
If the employee is provided with an equity or a debt recovery right, for example employee stocks or bonds at less than the market value, the tax authorities must determine the scope of the wage from the employer and after which time point it becomes taxable.

Note that the field is no longer used in the wage statement from 2005.
