Required entry field
Use
This field specifies whether an entry is required for a field. "Yes" means that a value always has to be entered. "No" means that no value has to be entered.
If a required entry field is also flagged as an output field, the field is treated as a required entry field when records are newly created. When the record is later changed, the field becomes an output field and can no longer be changed.
