Documentation
A column group is a collection of different columns. It defines the initial visibility and the initial display sequence of the columns assigned to it. In addition, you can set a coherence relationship for several columns within the column group. For more information see Column Framework: Coherence Relationship.
Note
If the OM_ARRAYTYPE_DISPLAY parameter is set, you can find out which column group in a structural or list display is currently being displayed, and which columns belong to that column group, by selecting the Technical Info pushbutton in the column configuration dialog box.
