Definition
If this field is selected, the user has the option, in the dialog of the hotel availability query, to enter more query criteria to further restrict the search for an available hotel, in addition to the mandatory standard search criteria. These optional search criteria include specific data as to hotel / hotel chain and location.
If this field is not selected , the user can only enter the mandatory standard search criteria (location, day and time of checkin and checkout) in the availability query. This can simplify the usage of the query dialog considerably for the occasional user.
