Definition
The tree category defines how an HDS derivation tree is stored from a technical perspective.
Use
- The Customizing tree is stored in client-specific Customizing tables and maintained in the Customizing system. The tree of this category is transported into the productive system as Customizing.
- The system tree is stored in cross-client system tables. System trees are supplied by SAP. You may not change them.
- The application tree is maintained in the productive system. It cannot be transported.
