Use

In Customizing for Personnel Administration or Compensation Management, you can specify a value limit for hours worked for pay scale reclassifications. After the employee has reached this limit, he or she is regrouped in the next pay scale group or level. If you want to perform the simulated pay scale reclassification based on this value limit, enter X in this field.

Dependencies

If you want to set this indicator, the following prerequisites must be met:

• Set the time evaluation driver RPTIME00 to report on your employees' time data.
• You have made the necessary Customizing settings for the personnel calculation rule Fill Variable Balances for Time-In-Grade (TTIG) (see Define Rules for Determining Time Worked).
