Definition

Specifies whether the operative system determines the account assignment of the individual cost items in Controlling when data is extracted from personnel cost plans to the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).

Use

Set this indicator if you want to perform reports in the controlling view in SAP BW.

Dependencies

In the case of personnel cost plans you have already created in the controlling view, you only need to set this indicator if you also need the account assignment objects fund, functional area, and grant for your reports.

If you set this indicator the runtime for extracting data is lengthened. Furthermore, splitting the cost items as part of cost distribution may result in rounding differences in the amounts and a higher data volume.
