Use
If you set this indicator, you define that the approval workflow for appraisal documents is active.
If the approval process is active, the following options exist:
- Appraisal documents can be approved
- Appraisal documents can be rejected
In addition, the SAP R/3 system interprets the indicator as the end of an appraisal process:
- If you set the indicator, an appraisal process has the status Approved or Rejected at the end of the process.
- If you do not set the indicator, an appraisal process has the status Completed at the end of the process.
