Use
You use this field to define whether or not the current processor of the document can or must enter a note when the status of the document is changed.
In the standard SAP system, the setting for this field defines that the processor cannot create a note.
By choosing a value from input help, you can change this value as follows:
- Processor can enter a note
- Processor must enter a note
Depending on the setting, the system displays a dialog box as soon as the processor clicks on the pushbutton. Depending on the dialog box, the processor can or must enter a note in this box before the system can change the status of the appraisal document.
Example
If an objective setting agreement is rejected, you want the appraisee to have to enter a note. In this case, choose the value Mandatory from the input help.
