Definition
Specifies the number of part appraisers allowed
Use
If you have selected only the Part Appraiser (PAPP) and/or Importance Part Appraisal (PWGT) columns in an appraisal template, this is a 360° appraisal, and the SAP system does not restrict the number of part appraisers allowed.
If you select the Objective Setting (OBJ0) column or any other column, it is no longer a 360° appraisal, and the SAP system restricts the number of part appraisers.
The reason for this is that the SAP system displays the part appraisals on the screen together with the other columns. A maximum of 20 columns can be displayed.
The system calculates the maximum number of part appraisers as follows:
Maximum number of part appraisers = (20 - other columns) / number of part appraisal columns.
The number of part appraisal columns can be 1 or 2, depending on whether you selected only one of the two columns Part Appraiser (PAPP) and Importance Part Appraisal (PWGT), or both of them.
