Use
If you set this indicator, the SAP system does not check an appraiser's authorizations when an appraisal document is called.
If you do not set this indicator, the SAP system checks the following when an appraisal document is called:
- Does the user have authorization for the template with which the SAP system generated the appraisal document?
- Does the user have authorizations for the appraisee?
- Does the user have authorizations for the appraiser?
If the user has authorization for all of the above, the user can access the appraisal document.
