Use
Determines which activities during the appraisal process are required to be executed before a status change can take place.
Example
A manager sends an appraisal document to the talent management specialist after entering the performance value for the appraisee. The BAdI implementation copies the performance value from the appraisal document to Talent Management for further processing. The status can only be changed if this replication has been successfully performed. This means that successful replication is a prerequisite for changing the status.
Note the following:
- To specify an activity as a prerequisite for a status change (such as from the initial substatus to the target substatus) in the appraisal document, you must map prerequisite in a BAdI implementation for BAdI definition HRHAP00_STATCHG_PREQ. You can then use this implementation in the appraisal template.
- If you want to use customer-specific BAdI implementations, you must also specify the implementation in the category of the appraisal template in enhancement area BR (description: Prerequisite for Status Change). To do this, use the Basic Appraisal Template Settings transaction (OOHAP_BASIC). The implementation is then available in the input help (F4 help).
Activities
Select the relevant BAdI implementation for BAdI: Prerequisite for Status Change in the Appraisal Document (HRHAP00_STATCHG_PREQ) to set the activity as a prerequisite for changing the status.
