Text of an element status.

Use

The following element statuses are possible:

• Not Released

  You can still change elements with this status.

• Released

  If you want to create an appraisal document based on an appraisal template, the template must have the status Released. If at least one appraisal document already exists that is based on an appraisal template, you cannot set that appraisal template back to Not Released.

• Archived

  You can set appraisal templates that you no longer want to use to the the status Archived.

  When you create an appraisal document, appraisal templates that have the status Archived no longer appear in the selection list.

  If you want to use the templates again, you can reset them to Released.
