Use
The number of columns used is usually increased by one for each column that is used in an appraisal template.
The following exceptions exist:
- If you use column Objectives (OBJO), the number of columns is not increased.
- If you use column Final Appraisal (FAPP), but you have not defined a value list or a value determination for the column, the number of columns is not increased.
