Definition
Flag that indicates that the appraisal document cannot be changed.
Use
This flag enables you to override the entries on the Column Access tab page.
If according to an entry made on this tab page, change access is allowed for the appraisal document during a particular phase, the flag overrides this entry and the appraisal document can only be displayed.
Dependencies
It makes most sense to set this flag for a substatus.
Example
If in the In Planning status you assign the substatus In Planning for Approval, you can use this flag to define that objectives cannot be changed during the part appraisal phase even if change access is allowed during all phases according to the Column Access tab page.
This means that the manager can approve objectives using the Approve Objectives pushbutton after the preparation phase, but the part appraisee has only display access.
