Documentation
Definition
Switch determines, whether the in-period view should be used.
Use
Some selection parameters that are specified on the selection screen for the payroll results reports, can be related to in-periods or for-periods. The payroll periods or the period parameter appear, for example, twice in the table Payroll results directoryr RGDIR, once as the in-period and once as the for-period, or once as the in-period parameter and once as the for-period parameter. If retroactive accounting has taken place, this in-period data and for-period data differs from each other. It is therefore important to determine, whether the program should work with the for-period view or the in-period view, if a report is executed on the payroll results.
If you set the switch, the applicable selection parameters are included as in-period data in the program.
If you do not set the switch, the relevant selection parameters are included as for-period data in the program.
