If this field is filled with any kind of text, the generated list object is stored in the SAPoffice inbox of the user. Here, the entered text is used as a title. From his inbox, the user can send the list object or distribute it into various sessions.
If this field remains empty, the list object is not stored in SAPoffice but in the local file system instead.
Filling this field is mandatory, providing the export to PC is not possible for some reasons; thus, storing in SAPoffice is the only useful method possible at the moment.
