Definition
If a billing plan is superseded by a subsequent billing plan (for example, in a bump process), the system uses this credit memo type to issue a credit for overpayment.
The system only uses this type if the dates of the billing plans overlap (the end date of the previous billing plan falls within the date range specified by the new one).
