Definition

Specifies a routine that checkes whether certain requirements have been fulfilled when data is transferred from the billing plan field.

Use

According to the specified routine, the system checks whether certain fields with the billing plan data from the source document have filled the set requirements. If the requirements have been met, the system copies the fields to the target document.

Procedure

The system proposes a certain routine, depending on the type of documentto be copied. If you wish the system to use another checking routine, you can do one of the following:

• You can enter the number of another routine.
• You can change the routine and re-determine the requirements to be checked. (Before you change a routine, you should check if it is used elsewhere to avoid unnecessary changes in other places.)
• You can enter the number of a new routine and define it in table maintenance.
