If it is an external program, the program name is displayed here.
You must not use the following default names for the destination in transaction SM59:

'<hostname>_<systemname>[]',
'<hostname>_<systemname>_TRUSTED[groupname]',
'<hostname>_<systemname>_TRUSTED[]',
NONE[groupname] and NONE[].
These destinations are addressed directly by the system (for example, internal destinations receive these destination names automatically).
