Combinations of workflow status that are taken into account for availability control:
- " " = Posted budget and preposted budget documents reducing the available amount. In this case, preposted budget is taken into account for availability control according to the rule of maximum caution: only preposted budget values are considered, which decrease the consumable budget (or increase the consumed amount) of the relevant control object.
- "P" = Only the posted budget is taken into account.
