Definition
Schedule status in Grants Management report tracking. It can have the following values:
- Not Scheduled
A task has not been scheduled.
- Scheduled
A task has been scheduled previously.
- Prescheduled
A task gets this status if you are maintaining the "Report Tracking" tab in grant master data and a "Not Scheduled" record has been scheduled, but not saved yet. "Prescheduled" can become "Not Scheduled" if you delete the scheduling.
- To Be Changed
A task gets this status if you are maintaining the "Report Tracking" tabif a "Scheduled" record has been schedule again, but not save yet. It can become "To Be Deleted" if you delete the scheduling.
- To Be Deleted
Refer to above. If the user does save the data, the "To Be Deleted" record will become "Not Scheduled" if no past jobs exist. However, if there are past runs, it is marked "Scheduled" and the remaining scheduling is deleted.
